Hotel Crystal Hut — Restaurant in Maharashtra

We recently hosted a birthday party at Crystal Hut and were quite disappointed with the experience. The service was extremely slow — after requesting dinner to be served following the starters, it took nearly 45 minutes for the food to arrive, and only one staff member was handling everything.

The manager we initially coordinated with was not available on the event day and didn’t even bother answering calls. Because of this, we had to visit the venue twice again to ensure that someone else, who was completely unaware of our plans, could make the necessary arrangements.

We were also told that a minimum of 30 plates would be charged, but the actual billing should have been based on the number of plates used. In the manager’s absence, the staff insisted on charging for two extra plates unnecessarily.

The quality of food was also disappointing — the paneer starter in particular was awful, and it seemed like they used substandard or duplicate paneer.

As for music, they only provide a basic music system. We had to create our own playlist and play it from our phone. Even during the cake-cutting ceremony, they didn’t take any responsibility for managing the music.

Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations, especially for a special occasion...

It's a posh looking ghati restaurant. Captain has no sense while taking orders. Waiters are wearing dirty clothes. They will never suggest what is good for u. We went there assuming it's going to be a quiet place, it was full of domestic flies. AC were horrible, they serve home made fried pea nuts with drinks. When asked for something else they said this is the only thing they have. Alcohol is also expensive than other restaurants in Pimple Saudagar. The plates are dirty. Not good for family. The service is also bad. If you seat outside it is still better, but air conditioner sitting waiters and captain are pathetic. You won't find rush of people even on weekends. Due to one reason, very bad service. If you wish to visit a quiet place in Pimple Saudagar,go to Kamini garden or anuy other but not this crystal hut. The crockery is in bad condition. Have attached the pictures of stinking pea nuts and burnt crockery. This is very expensive hotel without any reason. 2 beers, 1 cocktail, 1 hopeless chiken Sikh kabav n 1 panir starter costs 1800+ here...

We booked Crystal Hut Hotel to celebrate a birthday party, and honestly, it was a huge letdown. The service was extremely poor from start to finish. The waiters were rude, untrained, and completely inattentive. They were not listening to any of our requests, kept forgetting basic things we asked for, and behaved as if they didn’t care at all.

Even after informing them multiple times, they showed no sense of responsibility or professionalism. It felt like we were being ignored throughout the event. For a place that hosts events, they have no idea how to manage guests or serve properly.

This was a very special day for us, and their careless behavior spoiled the mood. We expected at least basic hospitality, but got very, very bad service instead. Definitely not recommended for anyone planning a party or gathering...
