The hotel staff was way to arrogant towards us, I had booked the place to stay for a night with my friends, after reaching the place he told that you didn't check in at time and gave our room to someone else without even contacting us. As we were stranded there at 11.30 pm at night trying to figure out what to do he started abusing us that we are causing menace and that the family staying there is disturbed by us. When we tried to resolve the problem he said i didn't take the booking somebody else did so i won't listen your grievances & just get lost. He didn't even return the booking amount we had paid. As the resort is located on main road & pop's on google in top searches people tend to book the place and get scammed. I request you if you want to spend some peaceful time and enjoy your vacation try out some...

This was the best place I have ever visited! I often stayed here once or twice a week during the summer and monsoon seasons. The food quality is excellent, and they offer top-notch room service. They didn't charge me extra for a room we booked for three friends, which was much appreciated. Additionally, if you travel about 5–6 km from the hotel, you'll reach Bhatgar Dam, a beautiful spot perfect for a vacation and enjoying time with friends.
