I recently had a disappointing experience at the Hotel New Sai Sagar Pure Veg Restaurant. Although the food was decent, the overall service was extremely poor. The staff seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic about their jobs, which was reflected in their service. The food was decent but not exceptional. I ve a very bad experience with this hotel ....the hote staff was very arrogant and there is a very poor quality of service nobody received your order at first place and nobody cares what you want they just roaming...I came with family ...there is no tissue paper on the table and on asking glass the staff told that there is no glass ....how is this hotel they don't have enough glasses for customer....if we pay for food they they should give atleast glass for drinking ...we have to buy a bisleri no water for drinking......service quality is very poor they don't even care their customers.......they have very less and incompatible staff ......my personal review is please don't visit such place ......very very...
