Firstly the food was below average. We ordered naan ,paneer tikka masala ,mushroom masala, masala papad, dal fry and rice . Paneer tikka masala was a bit fine and so was mushroom masala . But the naan was served cold and the butter on it was stinky. Masala papad was too salty . It wasn’t swallowable. The dal fry was served uncooked and cold.

The person or the captain whatever you call him , managing the kitchen was too rude. He doesn’t know how to treat the customers. When we complained about the service and food quality, he started arguing with us and denied to accept his mistreatment.

You won’t be able to sit at the place of your choice even if the hotel is empty . They have arranged the table outside but don’t allow you to sit there as they have to come outside to serve you. Despite of our repeated requests they denied us.

The hotel is neither ventilated properly nor air conditioned . You’ll be all wet by the time you finish your food.

There’s a saying that common sense is not that common. When your closing time is nearing you must inform your guests about the same . No new customers are accepted when the hotel is about to close . But you have to serve the customers who are already in . They denied us of any further food service.

I would never recommend this hotel to any one . Highly disappointed with the behaviour...

It was really a bad experience! We had booked this hotel for an engagement ceremony, we got the worst service ever, 1)The staff was so rude, they even argued to serve water to the guests, all the staff men would deny for each and every thing we asked for. We asked to serve our cake to the guests, none of the guests was served and our 3 tier cake got wasted. 2)Bathrooms were not cleaned at all. 3)Even the side of the dinning area was dirty, especially the washbasin side ,all the water was spilled on the ground, and they didnt even clean even after telling, 4)Inspite of booking an AC hall, the AC wasn't working properly 5) And their so called NEW music system didn't work on time. So whats the use of booking such an expensive hotel where the management and services are not proper. Surely would never recommend this hotel for...

I recently visited this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The service was painfully slow – we waited far too long for our food. When the dishes finally arrived, the taste was average at best, lacking the flavor and authenticity one would hope for.

What was even more disappointing was the use of fake paneer in the dishes. It was rubbery and lacked the freshness of real paneer, which seriously affected the overall taste. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of coordination among the staff. Our server looked confused when we asked about our delayed order, and getting any assistance felt like a hassle.

Overall, the restaurant has potential, but the management needs to improve service speed, food quality, and staff training. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend...
