Visited only once last year since we wanted to try a new hotel. This hotel is situated at prime location and near to locality. Our experience was very bad. We ordered veg dishes and none of the dishes were good. The nan was very hard like half of it was going waste. I hope owner looks at the reviews here and improves the overall customer experience. Yesterday, I am with my family at Suruchi. I ordered veg crispy. While eating it I noticed chicken (similar to lollipop) in veg crispy. On this manager said It happens. I was controlling my self as first time I am having dinner with in-laws. So 1- pure veg person don't/never go here.
