I bought Chocolate Celebration cake from Kwality and it was pathetic with very hard sponge base and fully rotten not just that but the cake was drier than sand. Even the prices are too high. The whole staff (especially the cake department) is just fraud standing there in holier-than- thou attitude. For them it's just business not realizing core value of business and customers. The name Kwality niether defines quality products nor service. It's my request to all buyers save your time and money and do not buy any birthday cakes in any of kwality branch, Chiplun because they are least concerned about your health...

As their name is Kwality they offer quality products with good taste. You will get Biscuit, cookies, farsan, sweets from there brands ,also they sell other brands products in there shop so if you want some other brands products you can also buy that.
