I recently visited McDonald's Talegaon, drawn in by its convenient location on the highway. The overall experience was decent, but a few aspects left me with mixed feelings.

The restaurant's location is undoubtedly convenient, making it easily accessible for travelers. The standard McDonald's menu was on offer, and the food lived up to the brand's reputation—consistent, familiar, and satisfying.

However, my expectations were slightly dampened by the cleanliness of the place. I anticipated a higher standard, and it left room for improvement. Cleanliness is an essential aspect of any dining experience, and I hope the management pays closer attention to this in the future.

Another hiccup in my visit was the service. Despite requesting table service due to some confusion, I was asked to pick up my order from the counter. What disappointed me more was the perceived rudeness from the staff, especially considering the iconic customer service associated with McDonald's. I believe the staff could benefit from additional training in handling customer requests courteously.

In conclusion, McDonald's Talegaon is a decent stop for a quick bite, especially due to its convenient location on the highway. 2 days earlier would have recommend this place to anyone travelling through Mumbai-Pune Exp Way.. But now won't.. After the experience that I had and other customers too.. Won't halt here again.. No wonder food served is of quality.. But what lacked was their hospitality.. Staff doesn't care about customer.. Treat them as joke and make fool.. Air conditioning not working.. Making you sit in a closed chamber with outside temperatures upto 40°c When asked..simple answer compressor not working.. Asked them to atleast put a notice on doorway.. Not concerned.. Small kids inside sweating feeling the heat.. But they just need orders.. Asked the staff what if we complain.. Simple answer.. You can.. Online.. No register for the same.... Other staff lying to others.. Will put it on in 5 mins.. The sad reality.. They just need to acquire targets.. But not a single concern for kids or senior citizens inside. Whose health could be affected in many ways.. Think about it.. No wonder our kids love these type of foods.. But should we halt at such places where the customers are treated as fools..
