Parampara Restuarant — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Wow what a restaurant... Never ever be at this place what's so ever.. Just bcoz my wife forced me I went there and spoiled my Evening... No 1 comes and attend you at the table, no co-ordination between manager, waiter, ... The person who serves the food, same person cleans the table... Now coming to the main point... We ordered 1 chicken thali and 1 crab thali... In chicken thali they gave 2 tandoori roti 1 chicken gravy : They just served hot water with some chicken pieces.. It was damn worst in taste. 1 boiled egg cury bowl : This was good in taste. 1 scrambled egg n green peas : Till date I am Unable to understand what they served me... It was so pathetic, even if I think about that I feel like vomiting... 1Solkadhi : This was good in taste. 1 plate rice.

In crab thali 1 crab with gravy : Crab was half cooked, and crab gravy was made of dal.... It was no where near to actual crab curry. 1 sukha kardi : This was good 1 solkadhi 2 tandoori roti

Over all experience was worst....One should strictly avoid. Restaurant location and Interrior is some what good, that's the reason crowd get attracted... If you wish to take revenge from ur loved ones do visit and spoil...

• Highly disappointed by my recent visit to this restaurant. • Being in Alibaug one can expect some authentic taste of coastal food, but here it's definitely not the case as the food doesn't taste good. • Most of the things we'd ordered were undercooked like bhakri, chicken, mutton, rice. • Bowls kept in the thali are not even filled properly they will serve you the bare minimum & pointed out that to the waiter. • They don't even have the courtesy to bring glass & serve water. After asking they got us a packaged drinking water (that's another strategy for charing for water) • No A/c cooling at all for ground floor, there wasn't even a ceiling fan & with no proper ventilation making one feel hot & stuffed. • No proper service, they also take a lot of time to serve you & when pointed it out with them the staff was also quite rude in answering us, I felt. • Prices they are charging don't match at all to the quality & quantity of food they are serving. • The only thing I went here was, it was close to the beach, but don't fall to this trap as it's an absolute waste of money,...

I give a star because there is no facility to give half or quarter stars. One of the worst experiences of my life. The food quality was so so terrible. They need to change the chef at the earliest.We try Veg food & I think they had no experience in good quality veg food. Service : Washrooms are placed behind the kitchen. There is no water supply in the washroom basin.Food service staff work as swippers. Hygiene & Cleanliness: Washroom placed behind the the kitchen. There is no water supply in washroom basin.Food service staff working as swipper. They do not provide the remaining food as a parcel for customers. I heard abusive words about us in the kitchen when we said parcel our remaining food.
