I recently visited this restaurant after seeing positive reels on social media, eager to try their food parcels. Here’s what I ordered: - Onion Aloo Paratha - Aloo Paratha - Chole Kulche with Paneer Stuffing Before ordering, I inquired about the size and quantity with the owner, who assured me that the parathas are quite large and suitable for one person. I found this to be accurate. He had not advised us regarding ordering Subjee for paratha. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the Kulcha. They serve a single large Kulcha, which resembles a stuffed paratha more than traditional Kulcha. If someone were to taste it blindfolded, they would likely mistake it for a Paneer Paratha. The only accompaniment provided with the parathas is a small cup of high-quality curd. However, eating just a large stuffed paratha without any sabji (vegetable dish) makes for a challenging meal. Given the size, it would have been much better if they included chole, rajma, or aloo sabji to complement the parathas. Of course by increasing price by small amount. Regarding chole kulche which is priced at Rs 179, the chole served with the Kulche, the portion was quite small. I finished the entire subji with just half of the Kulcha, leaving the other half to be eaten plain—much like a dog munching on roti! On a positive note, the onion and green chili chutney served with the chole kulche was excellent and well-portioned. Overall, if you plan to order parathas here, I recommend also ordering a side of sabji. I would advise against the chole kulche due to the poor price-to-quantity ratio. If you visit this food outlet, go in with tempered expectations.

This has to be one of the worst food ordering experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered from Parota Factory, and not only was there a delay of over 1 hour, but nothing was delivered at all! No update, no apology, just complete silence. When I finally followed up, they gave me the most ridiculous excuse — they said "the naan got burned so we are preparing it again." Seriously? That’s your explanation after keeping a customer waiting for over an hour with zero communication? And at the end, they provide this half-cooked food to us; this is very ridiculous. If your kitchen can’t handle orders properly, don’t accept them. This is pure nonsense and shows a complete lack of professionalism. Never ordering from this place again. Avoid it at all costs. I will give negative rating but google not making this possible.

It was my first time visiting this place . There are multiple options to choose vegetarian only. I chose chole bhature which was rs 99 ( unlimited). I need to wait 25 min just for the seat. Service is slow. The taste was also not so good the chutney was quite good . They have another option you can choose any sbji per person and get unlimited roti free . But the prices of sabji were High so it will be the same if you choose to eat in a normal restaurant. The behaviour of the staff was not so you can say serviceable but the main owner was quite good he asked for feedback and talked in a good manner. It's an ok place for me , if you are hungry and want something in range then go for it else nah .

Make sure you bring salt and cutlery with yourself, they don't provide it even after asking. First they'll ask you wait outside due to unavailability of seat (no problem), then they'll ask you wait a bit longer than usual for your food (no problem), then they'll provide the food that doesn't compensate with all the inconveniences caused (taste is lightly less than average). I think the crowd you see there is only because they serve food on time. I went on Saturday and in front of my eyes 4 groups left the table without eating because their orders were delayed. The people sat beside my table, left the table after having starters. They were done talking to the representative. The representative informed them that the order cannot be cancelled (not sure if they had to pay for the food they didn't eat). Even I was about to do that after waiting for almost 45 mins for the usual 'Punjabi Thali' (in which the menu was already decided, they don't need to prepare separately except the Naan). The Salaad was served after we finished half of our food. We kept asking for salt and they are yet to provide it. Later we asked the representative to bring any type of Roti that was available then he denied saying that it will take 10 mins, although his earlier 5 mins lasted 45mins, so we left the table and went to near by Ravet Food court to fill our empty stomach. Special note for Lassi - it's thickned cream with sweetness. After having this the locally packaged Lassi...

To be honest I am visiting this resturant since last 1 year. It was amazing experience of food and quality. Now recent last 2-3 visit my mind has been changed due to the service and quality. I order paneer crispy and I found Rubber band into it . Same time I showed this to servicing person he did not take any action and nither he apologized for this. Now the quality of the food is getting cheper due to Instagram Roomers. Too be honest people are visited over here on the basis of Instagram reel and I noticed they get disappointed 😞. The management never take this as feedback . Even someone is suggested them your plate and food is more hence pls reduce the size of food they serve. Now they serve one paratha or One naan instead of 2 and charge same amount.

Paratha Thali and Naan thali I prefer everytime which is sufficient for me and my wife. But now the thali size I see which is not sufficient to 1 person.

Not even proper service received. Last visit they mentioned Chaas is out of service can't serve.🤔 This will not make sense.

That all feedback from my end. I would suggest customers Don't go with the...
