It's not a great place to stay in, and the service quality is below average. The location is quite good, and is in a easily accessible location in Ravet. The property is also fairly new. They have parking space for cars and bikes in their basement, and I was to comfortably park my car inside the property. The check in process was smooth. However, we were dissapointed once we checked in. There were plenty of stains on the bedsheet and hair on the pillows. After we requested for a replacement, the staff gave us clean sheets. However, for some reason they refused to change the pillow covers, claiming that it was clean although I insisted that I had personally dusted off the hair from the pillows which was why it was not there for them to see. Anyways, we decided not to pursue it much. There were fresh sticky stains on the walls and switchboard like somebody had spilled a beverage on it. The waste basket had rotting waste in it, which was probably from the previous guest and had not been cleaned. The TV remote had stains on it, which was probably spit or food. The curtain rod was broken and was dangling dangerously. The toilet seat also wasn't very clean and had stains in it. The replacement of the waste basket took almost half a day and we used a plastic bag in the meanwhile, although they finally brought it another one which did not seem very clean. Although I asked for a garbage cover to be placed inside the bin, they handed over the bin just the way it was. The curtain rod was never replaced despite our request and was left dangling for the 2 days we stayed at the hotel. There were no toiletries provided - no towels, brushes or soap. However, on our request, we were given a tiny Rs 3 Medimix soap. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 days. Since I did not stay in the other rooms, I cannot review its quality. However, the cable channels were not available in the other room and despite repeated requests, it was never fixed for the duration of our stay. The tea we had ordered was served in a dirty looking cup, which had stains on the outside. We didn't bother drinking it. However, one thing we appreciate is that when we requested for some sugar for our daughter to have with her food, the staff promptly gave it to us in a little bowl. We also ordered water bottles which was delivered promptly.

Overall, the stay was quite a forgetful experience. I fail to understand how this hotel is one of the highest rated OYO properties in the area. However, the prices are reasonable, and with great discounts while booking for a 2 room & 2 day stay, I assume I got...

This was prob one of the worst experiences ever. I stayed here from 23rd to 26th Feb 2022. When I arrived I was handed the keys to my room by 2 kids at the reception n told to go by myself. The bedsheet and pillow covers were filthy. The wash basin had a later of grime. There was no towel or soap. I was aghast and didnt think of taking pictures which I now regret. In today's times of covid hygiene is crucial. I immediately called for housekeeping and asked tht everything be changed n the room be cleaned. I had to go for a meeting so told the guys at the reception I needed the room cleaned. When I got over 5 hrs later nothing was done. The excuse being that i had taken the room keys with me. Don't they have a master key to all the rooms????? They then sent 2 boys to change the sheet n pillowcases n clean but even the clean sheets were badly stained. When I asked about it I was told that there is nothing they can do as they aren't the ones who wash the sheets. The dinner ordered in as room service came without any cutlery. When I asked for a spoon or fork I was told they didnt have any in the hotel. There are also no restaurants nearby besides one so called veg Italian restaurant. Pathetic place. Had booked 10 rooms for guests for month of June atleast one month advanced. The folks at the reception are seriously pathetic and arrogant I was assured hot water 24/7 and lift to be working which was not at time of booking. I paid full amount at checkin itself and morning heater got spoiled in all rooms and the guy in reception took 1 hr even to thing for a solution, such a embarrassing situation it was and yet no apology from the owner Mr.Nitin or staffs Also I was assured that AC remotes would be provided for guest in request basis and staffs rejected it. Even to me who booked rooms it was rejected and only after 15min arguments was given.

Mr.Nitin only gave excuses with no remoest on the poor service and stupid behaviour of staffs
