Very Disappointing Experience

We had a rather unpleasant experience at this restaurant. First, we ordered chicken tandoori after specifically confirming with the captain that it would be juicy and soft. Despite his assurance, it was served dry and rough. When we raised our concern, instead of addressing the issue, the captain attempted to "educate" us on how to judge if a tandoori dish is juicy, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. To make things worse, one of my friends requested warm drinking water, and the waiter handed over a finger bowl water, claiming it was the same. When I escalated the matter to the manager, he clarified that it was not drinking water, apologized sincerely, and offered 50% off on our next bill as a goodwill gesture.
