They’ve added artificial color in the chutney. The staff seems careless, handling the food with bare hands. It looks like the oil being used isn’t of good quality either.

And when you talk to the client, be polite — don’t directly blame the owner at the shop. It seems they’re just taking full advantage of the labor class here.
