I recently visited Sadguru Sweet Mart after they opened their new air-conditioned shop, and I must say the experience was very disappointing.

Service: The staff and even the owner are usually busy on their mobile phones, paying no attention to customers. You have to repeat yourself two or three times before they respond. For regular customers, they show complete neglect, but if a woman enters, suddenly three to four people rush to attend her, which feels very unprofessional.

Attitude: Earlier, when the shop was small, they used to maintain good quality and polite service. Now, with the new AC setup, arrogance is clearly visible on their faces. Their tone and manner of explaining about any sweet feels rude and dismissive.

Quality of Sweets: Despite the big new shop, the sweets are often stale, of poor quality, and far from fresh. Definitely not worth the high prices they are charging now.
