Very Disappointing Food Experience

I recently had a very disappointing experience with your food service. The quality of the food was far below expectations — it was cold, lacked freshness, and did not match the description on the menu. Hygiene was also a major concern, and the packaging was careless. Overall, the experience left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. When it comes to food, quality, hygiene, and timely service are non-negotiable, and sadly, none of these were met.
