Sai Deep Hotel — Restaurant in Maharashtra

1/5 - Avoid Saideep Hotel at all costs!

Yesterday I visited Saideep Hotel with my sister. And I'm still fuming after the disgusting experience I had at Saideep Hotel. The lack of hygiene is appalling! We ordered the Chicken Manchurian soup, but what we got was a bowl of contaminated liquid with a DEAD FLY floating in it. Yes, you read that right - a dead fly in our soup! It was like they didn't even bother to check the food before serving it.

The worst part is that this is not just a one-time mistake. The entire restaurant seemed to lack basic cleanliness and hygiene standards. We couldn't even enjoy our meal without worrying about getting sick.

Needless to say, we won't be going back to Saideep Hotel again. If you value your health and want to enjoy a decent meal, stay far, far away from this place. Zero stars would be given...

We visited at around 9 PM, and when we got the table it was very dirty even the chairs were broken, and after 20 min one person came to take the order but no one was there to take further orders, it was very bad experience. Infact i myself went to call the waiter for other orders, We ordered chicken lapeta in main course and it was made as a normal chicken gravy and was not even served. No one was listening properly, glasses and Plates were also given after we told them to give it also all the utnesils given were dirty. Waiter was also not co-operative and was behaving like "If you want to eat, Eat quietly like others are doing i m not here to listen you only. Also was forcefully saying that i want TIP all others are giving why you cannot...

Food : Chicken lapeta dish was good and most famous served dish over Sai deep. Apart from that other food which we have ordered like chiken masala and veg kolhapuri was okay type. Not so impressive.

Service: Service is quite disappointing for us. Waiting took lot of time just to serve drinking water , starter and main course took almost 50 min to deliver which was boring and disappointing.

Cons and improve:

Service is a factor to be improved. Was not enough hygiene. Need to maintain cleanness more. We checked two huts which was smelling bad. Crowd is not suitable for families. Drink section should be different as it was a lot...
