So here comes the best day of the week Sunday and I decided to treat my friends on this special day, so I visited there with my friends at Utsav garden panvel I must say the AMBIENCE of the restaurant was MESMERIZING. We ordered three starters PEPPER CHICKEN, CHICKEN TANDOORI, CHEESE GARLIC NAAN. I was very must DISAPPOINTED and DISHEARTENED with the TASTE and QUALITY of all the three starters, pepper chicken NEVER TASTED as pepper no flavour of this main ingredient, chicken Tandoori piece were very small and it was not cooked completely, it was half cooked the masala of the tandoori was wet from inside and the last starter also turned out to be fail. the cheese garlic naan had very less garlic in it and the naan was very thin and hard to eat. ❌ Here comes the MAIN COURSE, though we taught the starters were fail atleast the main course will be better in taste, so we ordered CHICKEN LAPETA this was AGAIN the WORST DISH we all had in our life's if I compare this with HOTEL EKVIRA or SAIKRUPA. No one of us ate it just we tasted it and we were like this is only tasting COCONUT FLAVOUR and no other flavours of DRIED MASALA. So we called the MANAGER to express our DISSATISFACTION and BAD EXPERIENCE of the food taste. Instead of being sorry and polite he was getting VERY RUDE to us, he was making FALSE claims that the other people in the restaurant liked the dish, he also said this the perfect dish what we serve and we always serve with this same taste but at his surprise we met few more people who had the similar opinion like us saying that the chicken Lapeta was a FLOP DISH.. Now it's time for WASHROOM, After having all the bad experience of food in the Utsav garden restaurant we did not order anything else from there, then I went to the washroom it was PATHETIC, UNCLEANED, DIRTY, SMELLY and DARK ROOM and NO WATER too and this is the same condition with LADIES WASHROOM too. I felt so BAD and EMBARRASSED as why I had taken my friends there for a treat. So friends I strongly recommend to all of you please NEVER VISIT this restaurant Or visit at ur OWN RISK🤟🏻The service is pathetic and the quality of food is very bad and this place has no value for...
Read moreWe recently visited Utsav Garden Restaurant in Panvel while meeting friends, and it turned out to be an amazing discovery! Located just 10 minutes from Atal Setu, this place offers a variety of seating options, including an open garden, private huts, Machan AC dining, and a poolside area. I personally loved the poolside setup—it was calm and relaxing.
The food here is exceptional! For starters, we tried the Cheese Corn Chilli Tikki, Paneer Hot Pan, Murg Tandoori Platter, Pomfret Tawa Fry, Prawns Koliwada, and Bombil Rawa Fry—each dish was cooked to perfection with rich flavors. For mains, we indulged in the flavorful Chicken Adraki, Murg Lapeta, Veg Jaipuri, and Paneer Lababdaar, paired with a Roti Basket and their aromatic Dum Biryani. Everything was absolutely delicious!
The menu caters to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food lovers, with specialties like Kadaknath chicken and fresh seafood. Their mocktail range is also worth mentioning—it complemented the meal beautifully.
The restaurant is thoughtfully designed with hygienic washrooms—a big plus for a highway location. The manager mentioned they can host large gatherings for 600-700 people, making it a perfect spot for family functions or celebrations.
Utsav Garden Restaurant is a perfect blend of delicious food, variety in seating arrangements, and excellent facilities. Highly recommend checking it out for a memorable...
Read moreI recently visited the Utsav Garden restaurant in Panvel and have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the ambience of the restaurant is truly beautiful, with lush greenery and a serene atmosphere. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. However, the service was lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, resulting in slow service and a lack of attention to our needs.
Moving on to the food, it was a mixed bag as well. Some dishes were excellent, while others were disappointing. The starters were great, especially the chicken tikka and the manchow soup. However, the main course was a letdown. The biryani lacked flavor and the gravy dishes were overly oily. Desserts were average, with nothing standing out as exceptional.
Pricing wise, the restaurant was reasonable, given the quality of food and the ambiance. However, the service did not match the pricing.
Overall, the Utsav Garden restaurant in Panvel has its pros and cons. It's a great place to visit for a relaxing meal in a beautiful setting. However, improvements are needed in terms of service and consistency of food quality. If you're looking for a unique dining experience, the Garden restaurant is worth a visit, but keep your...
