Staff is cooperative just for shownoff. U need a blower to blowoff those insects. Avoid going in rainy season. They have some flockering lights which gets ur attention they should get it repaired and u need a room freshner also. Thogh they have ac the rooms are not cool enoughandh while u r eating the staff kills the insects with electric bat which stinks the staff need to maintain personal hygiene atleast. Overall my experience was I was blowing off those insects by my hands all the time and one insect even git into my pickle. Overall my experience is really bad hope this helps others. However old review seems good the might have decreased their quality now. Great experience, Here I have to tell everyone that, In every Restaurant I always ask to captain who is taking order that for Butter Tandoori Roti are you using original Butter( Markkhan) or something artificial butter which is commonly used evey restaurant as substitute for original butter (like Nutrilite, Delicious Etc) so I asked same question here then their owner special come to meet me and showed me that they are using real Amul Butter and even paneer also they were procurement from Pune's oldest and authenticat dairy's original Cream Panner. Miserable Experience for take out. Placed order at counter and they informed as it will take 10-15mins. I have started asking for order after 30mins and they were saying give 2more mins. After while they said some party is going on and which is causing it late. They should have told me the same while placing order itself. Even after 40mins they said partly order is ready and will need another 2mins. I didnt want to wait so I left place by taking whatever was ready. This all can be avoided if they would have told me in advance about waiting time but they kept on saying another 2mins n 2mins.. really...
