I visited your store and placed an order for:
• 2 Classic Veg Subs • 2 Seekh Kebab Subs • 2 Double Chocolate Cookies
The staff member at the counter handed us a bill of ₹542, which we immediately noticed was incorrect. Upon calculating the total ourselves, including GST, the correct amount came to ₹442. We politely pointed this out and mentioned that we are regular customers who live nearby. However, the staff member responded by rolling her eyes and reluctantly rechecking the bill. It was then discovered that an extra item had been mistakenly added.
While the billing error was eventually corrected, the dismissive attitude and lack of courtesy shown by the staff member were unacceptable. Furthermore, after completing our meal, we requested a glass of water—a courtesy we’ve received regularly in the past—but were denied. This felt unnecessarily rude and inhospitable.
We expect a certain standard of professionalism and basic courtesy, especially as loyal customers. I urge you to kindly look into this matter and ensure that your staff are trained to maintain respectful behavior and accurate billing practices. Read moreI had a very disappointing experience with Subway’s customer service. I visited their store, and had a problem with my order, but the staff member who assisted me was not helpful at all. They seemed uninterested in resolving the issue, and their attitude was rude and dismissive.
I tried to escalate the issue to the manager, but unfortunately, the situation did not improve. The manager did not take my concerns seriously and did not offer an solution or compensation for the inconvenience.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with Subways’ customer service. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive prompt and effective assistance when I encounter a problem. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my recent visit.

Read moreWorst experience ever. Please do not visit this subway. The lady who prepared wraps for us was continuously telling us that it would charge extra for adding veggies, cheese and sauces. None of the subways do this. We can chose the patty, the veggies add sauces add cheese and make the wraps like we want and at the end they charge us accordingly. Anyways despite of paying the extra charges she made pathetic wraps which we had to literally throw. The patty inside was half cooked sauces were not added and on telling this to her she rudely replied saying she made the wraps exactly how we asked her for. Serving time was too long.
