In reality, none of us found the food satisfactory, though we do acknowledge that the restaurant’s interior and presentation were visually appealing.

We had visited your restaurant during our travels, drawn by the positive reviews and expecting a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, our experience was far from what we had hoped for.

Firstly, the AC was uncomfortably cold. We politely requested the staff to switch it off as the low temperature was causing our food to go cold quickly. However, instead of accommodating this basic request, the staff merely adjusted the vent slightly and refused to turn it off.

As a result, the rotis turned cold and hard almost immediately after being served. They became so tough that we had to use both hands just to tear them. When we addressed this issue at the counter and requested a refund for the rotis, instead of understanding our concern, the staff responded disrespectfully and even blamed us including a disrespectful tone toward a lady in our group. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.

We did not ask for a replacement because by that time, our meal was practically over. We had specifically chosen your restaurant believing it to be among the best near Solapur, but it sadly turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we've had on our trip.

Your response to our initial feedback mentioned: “We apologize that your experience did not meet the high standards we set for our establishment.” Let us be clear — requesting the AC to be turned off to prevent the food from becoming cold should not be considered a “high standard.” It is a basic, reasonable request that any guest would expect to be honored in a hospitality setting.

I've visited this fabulous Vegetarian Restaurant along with my beautiful family twice. Let me tell you that the atmosphere of this restaurant is calm, vibrant and satisfying. The food is actually Delicious, Mind-Blowing, Awesome, Exquisite and most importantly Excellent. The Hospitality of your restaurant is simply admirable.
