The Barbeque Room — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Firstly, i will not compare this restaurant with BBQ nation though the theme is same. Been here a month before, due to the new idea in town place was crowded. Hence due to the rush food delivery to the table was amazingly late. Need to call attendant every five minute. They replied politely but that wasn't came into action. Most of the Food items is served late and some are undercooked. Chicken has freshly marinated had no taste. Least 6 hours of marination needed Prowns are fresh but not tasty and much raw. U need to work hard on prawns specially. Bring it from sea stock. Fish was good 👍and effortless to eat Vegies are ok ok. I dont know why they are forcing veggies. Buffett was not tasty at all, mutton was hard to chew, biryani masala is way more spicy and rice was dry. Veg paneer items are good though. I dont know why there is no roti. Daal must be good no matter what kind of restaurants you run. There is undercooked onion slices in daal. Desert are ok ok. Noodles and pasta are also good kept kids engaged. I am a foodie and when i pay for food i need everything in right place. Umm.. atmost 60% will do the work. I will say the place is good for young college crowd ( कल के लडके) for fancy date or something like family get togather and talk. But if you hardcore foodie, and you know how to cook your food, give a try and be a judge.

Remember with great restaurants come a great responsibility 😜😜😜. Will visit again and will edit again 🙂

Second visit on 14 Feb 23 Most disappointing service. I visited with my family on this day just for casual dinner. As always service is very late but i know about it before i had it in mind to adjust. The waiter assigned to the table is literally a moron. He serve one dish with nearly 20 min gap. Also mostly focusing on other table. He serves barbeque sticks for twice only after that he just ignored. I have called him several time, kids was waiting but he intentionally ignoring. I think he was adviced by management to do so. I dont how much profit they are gonna make through these cheap acts. Food has no change. Have no improvement through out the year. After this incident i talked to managemer cum owner but he didn't gave me proper answer. Instead telling me about the staff availability problem and management issues and discount stuff. I dont expect this from this kind of restaurant. This will be my last visit to this restaurant. I will also suggest you to think twice before coming here they gonna beat you with bad memories. And one more thing, they force people to write positive reviews here and for that they take serious follow up so dont...

Ambience is very good. Has limited seating arrangement. Second floor they have buffet veg and non-veg. First floor Al-carte option available and small party area covered with divider. Food compared to other big cities and barbeque option, it lacks variety. Though I found many items listed, but not available when asked for. Taste was okay. Limited option for starter and desert.

Cost wise: Veg 699, Non-Veg: 899, Kids - 400

Though they have limited table, service wise found its slower and need to wait for long time to get your custom order or service. Waiter were okay and attentive, but I guess this needs improvisation as they have limited staff attending to all table. This restaurant has limited wash room area and second floor it was not at all working. Ground Floor has waiting area and reception. Lift available. Accepts cash, UPI & card. I guess, resturant should start accepting easydinner, swiggy one, dineout this may attract more customer. Reservation not required I guess. Offers were not there. Has limited parking area outside for 2 & 4 wheeler.

About Food - Very limited options available in desserts and main course. Desserts were very generic and tasteless. Totally not worth the money you pay. Starters are good and that's all.

About Service - Staff is pathetic and very unattentive. You have to keep calling waiters and instruct them about refilling of every item, and in turn, they end up giving you a lecture of how 15mins are needed for helping you out even with smallest of requests like refilling the sweets or biryani dish. Staff is always distracted among themselves dancing around like minions or fooling around with stuff and always ready for excuses for everything.

About Ambience - But yeah it was a good ambience for families to try out bbq culture for the first time.

All in all - If you are looking for pampering and attention to your requests with a good number of varieties, it's NOT going to happen. You'll end up thinking should I even pay them 800 for very basic non veg and desserts?
