The Golden Leaf — Restaurant in Maharashtra

We were 2 brothers, non drinker. There is no option for a single man or men to seat at other than bar section and the sale counter guy dont have basic sense to talk with customers. He allowed us to seat in family section but with a condition that dont talk dont see here and there. Family may get disturbed due to we talking loud. What the hell was that? ..we just stormed out of this restaurant... pathetic how can you treat customers like this? Utter humiliation.

We asked him, what if the family sitting their starts talking loudly? Would he ask them to lower their voices? He was clueless.

A good interior and hd pics on google page doesn't run the restaurant but good etiquettes and behaviour towards customer does that.

Avoid this place if you are a singles man or group of men who just want to have a gala time without an iota of alcohol

Very Disappointed with Service and Food Quality

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was truly disappointing. The service was extremely slow and unprofessional. Despite the restaurant not being too crowded, we had to wait over 30 minutes just to place our order, and the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive throughout. As for the food – it was far from what we expected. The dishes were served salty lacked flavor, and didn’t resemble the descriptions on the menu. the overall presentation was poor.
