The London Shakes Sangli — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I wish i would rate it in minus - the food, the staff, the quality, the quantity, the atmosphere just everything! Absolutely waste of money. 1 year back i visited it .... until last year everything was good but now a days its not even clean the staff is rude. I wanted indo london fries those were not available, asked for freak shake even that was not available, then asked for hazelnut shake even that was not available. So finally ordered white sauce pasta as its speciality of london shakes but it was not even cooked properly and tasted like "yuck" the BBQ fries were not served properly and the fries were not fresh, also ordered oreo shake becz wht i wanted was not available but even that was given in a small use and throw plastic glass. Actually in london shakes its given in bottles but I don't know y did the staff give it in small use and throw glass and that was not even worth 140 rs. When asked for bill staff was rude and asked the owner price of white sauce pasta which was 148 rs but he asked us to pay 160 for the same.. I don't know what's wrong now a days in a famous cafe like London shakes, first of all what you want is not available and then when you compromise by ordering something different you have to compromise the quality and all. I thought of showing my mom the speciality of london shakes but everything just got ruined. Went there for the first time today. The AC wasn't on. The place wasn't ventilated and was smelling. Still sat inside to drink their overpriced chai with my friend. The entire cafe was empty, both the floors. Despite that, after a while, the waiter comes and tells us that if we sit there any longer, there would be "waiting charges". 🤣 We were amused, made payment and left laughing. No wonder this cafe had no customers and was completely deserted.

The London shakes is good place to hangout with your loved ones. It is a cosy place with two sections. The interior is very good and the wall paintings are also very eye-catching. It can be peaceful place but I don't know for what reason every other cafe is playing annoying songs on high volume for no reason. The only cafe where I listened songs according to the cafe environment is Jimmy's Burger. The edibles are tasty and delicious as well and the beverages are also fine.
