If you have come to igatpuri just to rome around and prefer a value for money hotel with a good room and location and good (not very good) food i would prefer you try Ashwin hotel...the staff are higly motivated and have a smile on their face and ready to help...its not a 5 star hotel but when we see the staff so motivated to work it gives confidence and wanting to come back..i loved the desert very much both gulaab jamoon and moong dal halwa..simple desrt but made correctly....the chat counter guy tried his best to run the show alone with so many buffet people asking for papdi chat pani puri sev puri all back to back..he kept his cool and made sure every body is served ...good job..also the manager woke up early around 6.30 am just to make sure the checkout is smooth at such an early hour..all and all a very good...

Horrible experience. Customer service is negligible. Orderd dinner for 15 people. Except for starters nothing was correct. The gravy in veg kolapuri and malai kofta was like water. The naan was too hard .The order was replaced with the same issues again. Was asked to do it again but most of the people had already given up. No lemons, achaar, chutney, water was provided without asking and only after repeatedly asking the waiter for 3-4 times did it finally arrive. Paid full bill. Would absolutely not recommend. The bill was 5k and we were travelling and the restaurant owner threatened us by saying" Try crossing...

Good place Good fragrance and space for kids to play nice equipments for kids to play

All food is vegetarian.

Rooms are more specious and lighting is good

Food is very good

This place serve ice creams

The only problem is that this place is inside and not visible from normal highway

So new comers cannot identify it easily and they go to some cheaper hotel like

Hill retreats,zaika This are one of the vast hotels...
