This place serves simple, tasty food, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I mean, if you can’t get something as basic as taking orders and serving them right, what’s the point? The owner and his kin are often seen pacing up and down the aisle, as if they’re overwhelmed with all the rush but in reality, there’s only 4-5 tables seated.

My recent visit, which was on a Saturday night, was especially disappointing... and even frustrating to an extent. We tried ordering 5 different items from the menu, and every time he used to go to the kitchen, we used to hear commotion along the lines of, “No no, we’ll have to make everything for just one order. Say it’s not available,” and he used to come back to tell us the said item isn’t available.

Pav Bhaji? Not available. Dosa? Not available. Uttapam? Not available. Puri Bhaji? Not available. Only Puri? Not available. Sandwich? Not available.

The worst experience of my life. The service the worst, nothing was as expected. This restaurant was suggested to me by the locals but it was nothing as expected. This restaurant is understaffed, the waiting time is too long, it took 35mins for them to bring us the dishes that's just too long, they said it will just take 15-20 mins for the order. Then the food they brought us was not even warm. The butter was so chewy that we were not able to swallow it down. The chicken was undercooked. The milk in the almond flavoured milk we ordered was spoilt. Well in short this restaurant is not worth it. If it is your first time in Alibaug, suggest you don't ever go to this restaurant. The worst experience of food by far!!! One of the worst restaurants in Chondi, Alibag. Zero hygiene to have it call a family restaurant, flies everywhere and unfortunately it was also in our sambhar. Ordered a misal pav and sada dosa with clear instructions of not darkening the dosa and hard. It came hard and dark, it had no salt in it.. so the server took it back and got it made again this time it came as I had requested but without salt again, the sambhar had 2 flies in it.
