Wada II — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Great ambiance with peaceful environment clean and hygienic restaurant staff behaviour was good they all were so attentive for your service then sitting arrangements are also good for friends, couples and families. you will get both water option regular as well as mineral,salad is complimentary, if we talking about food i order two vegetables one with panner and another one is normal both vegetables taste were splendid, They have good options in vegetables,roti, chapati, I also have ordered Schezwan fried rice that was also good in taste and much in quantity. Apart from that they have both the options in vegetables like full and half so if you are going alone you don't need to worry about food wastage you can just order half vegetables and enjoy your food. In a nutshell each and everything was good,food,staff behaviour, prices must go if you are looking for a good restaurants with good taste and peaceful...

While the food is good, the ambience is nothing to boast of. The original Wada is the place to be for a nice lunch / dinner experience with family. This is more like a lunch place to satiate your hunger while shopping.

The worst part is that inspite of having opened around 2014 ( as was conveyed to me ), the restrooms are pathetic and dirty and not even worth visiting. Just be careful if you have ladies and you intend to use the restrooms. The door doesn't lock and it's a place where all the construction materials have been dumped.

Overall not a very satisfactory dining experience except for...

First of all, I would like to say that when a customer comes and sits at a table, the staff should attend to them immediately. When we arrived, it took almost 10 minutes before we received any attention. The staff should also ask what we would like to order. Later, when I asked about the specials, they didn’t pay attention to what I was saying. I felt either there was a language barrier or they simply didn’t know how to attend to customers properly. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

I would like to suggest that the owner take note of this matter and ensure better customer service...
