Visited this South Indian hotel recently, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. Starting with the positives — idli and wada were fresh, soft, and tasty. They had the authentic texture I expected, and I really enjoyed them. However, the sambar was a big letdown. It was overly sweet, which completely spoiled the South Indian breakfast experience. Sambar should be balanced in flavor, but here it felt more like a sweet dish than a traditional accompaniment. The chatni was just okay — nothing memorable, but acceptable. What disappointed me the most was the so-called misal they served. I’m not sure what it was, but it definitely wasn’t the type of misal I’ve ever seen anywhere. If they’re experimenting with fusion, they should at least inform customers or mention it clearly on the menu. Another point to note — there’s no parking available, which makes it inconvenient for customers who come by car. Overall, while some items like idli and wada were good, the sweetness of the sambar and the unusual misal really spoiled the overall experience. Hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves on...

So if you ample time then only you should...
