Wen I first entered this cafe I saw the ambience is very beautiful with a spectacular view, was very excited to try their food but got disappointed wen we had to wait hour for our food. I ordered Chinese food n expected a 15 to 20min service as Chinese food don't take much time but got pised off wen they took hour to serve the food. I caled the server who was a girl n asked her to check why the food is taking such a long time as we hv been waiting for an hour....instead of understanding wat I am saying she started replying me saying "the chef in kitchen is very busy making orders as they are many customers so it's taking time". I told her please go n check if it's ready n then within 5 mints she came wit the food. The soup was served Luke warm not hot as it should be, the fried rice was just warm to gulp quickly not piping hot as the rice should be....the plating seems like the chef gave us the rice in anger as the rice was scattered everywhere in the plate with no plating Etiquette. Very bad service. Food was average. The server had no smile in her face, no welcoming attitude at all. My first experience was very very disappointing. For once I thought I will never visit this place again but after thinking I felt they just lack somewhere bcz it's their new business but improvement can be expected. They should provide feedback form to get customers feedback so as to know where they lack n wat to improve. I hope to visit again someday hoping for a positive environment with good...

We had the most outrageously ridiculous experience this evening when we decided to sit down for dinner. Despite having the perfect location and setting, the service aspect has a mighty lot to be desired. We ordered our grub at 6.30 pm and were told that it would take 20-30 mins, which is a reasonable amount time given the expectations here. But when our dinner hadn't arrived after 40 mins of elapsed time, we enquired twice, both times of which we were told that it was almost ready to be served. At beyond an hour of waiting time, our patience ran out and our hunger pangs were at their worst. Upon walking up to the counter, we were aghast to realise that they had actually missed our order. The lady who took our order hadn't passed it to whoever she had to pass it to. To top it all, she and her female colleague were unperturbed at our decision to walk away, which we did. There was no sign of apology whatsoever.

It is quite sad that many of these wonderfully set ups cafes pay the least amount of importance to "service". I very much doubt they understand the myriad manifestations...

If you're looking to dine in a restaurant with a great view but serves no food then this is the place to be. We were a group of 4 joining 2 of our friends who were already there half an hour before us. They had ordered before hand but were only served their drinks and the bill. Forgetting the main dish that they had ordered. Then when we arrived we were made to wait 15 minutes. For the menu!! Which we had to ask ourselves. When the menu was brought to us we were told that nothing was available except noodles and pasta. Both of which we didn't want. When asked about Lasagna the waiter gives us a blank look and tells us to note down the dish ourselves on their little notebook. So I'm guessing they don't have much knowledge about most of the food and beverages on the menu. After a wait of another 15 minutes we were told that THEY HAVE RUN OUT OF FOOD TO SERVE US. I wonder why were we kept waiting for about 40 minutes in total only to let us know that they have no food to serve. Their excuse? "This is our first day of opening" which I also later came to know that that...
