So you visit a place expecting it to be nice as it's a 6th outlet of a famous kitchen. You are ready to pay a bit high price hoping to get good service. And your evening ends up getting completely destroyed and the culprit has no regret what so ever. That's what happened with me. We visited this place today as we were craving for sizlers. As we told the captain we want to order sizler he suggested that today there is rush and it will take time we agreed to wait and ordered one veg and one non veg sizler. As he had told it will take time, it did take time but no complaint for that as I was already made aware. When the sizler came I was a bit taken back as on the plate it was only rice and noodles and one bowl of manchurian gravy. Both the sizlers came together. We asked the person who was serving which one is veg and which one is non veg he said the one he is serving is veg and the other one is non veg. We finished our veg sizler and were served the other sizler and half way though it we realised even that is a veg sizler. We told the captain that they both are veg he went to the kitchen and confirmed that we were served both veg sizlers. We were dis appointed as after spending close to 1000 rs we ended up having veg haka noodle and veg manchurian fried rice. I walked up to the cash counter and told him the issue. They guy accepted the fault but kept saying can to anything. I told him I am surprised the way he is not taking any action despite knowing that it is last day before Shravan starts and he has spoilt our occasion. But there was no regret and he kept smiling and said next time you come and we will serve best non veg to you. We have so many branches and blah blah.... For me first experience is last experience and no going back to this place again. Mistakes do happen but the way it should be handled makes you stand out in the market. Your fake sorry would not take you anywhere. For me this place is overrated if it has a 4+ rating in dining. Not worth the price that they are charging... And dont order sizler they serve you rice noodle and gravy... That's not ...
Read moreI visited Raju’s Kitchen in Bhayander on October 2nd at 9:30 PM, expecting the same quality of food and service I had experienced in my previous five orders through Zomato. Unfortunately, this dining experience was an absolute disaster.
We entered the restaurant at 9:30 PM, received the menu at 9:45 PM and waited an entire hour before we got any food—only half of what we ordered. The service was painfully slow and disorganized. My brother ordered chopper rice and what arrived was a simple yellow fried rice with a side of triple fried rice gravy. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he insisted this was chopper rice, even after I explained that I had ordered this dish from them before and knew the difference. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the waiter, kitchen supervisor and chef were all adamant that their substandard version was correct. This arrogance and unwillingness to rectify a clear error were frustrating.
The other items were no better. The fried rice we received lacked the flavor it used to have and the Manchurian was excessively dry, with hardly any vegetables or sauce. It was clear that something has changed in the kitchen, either the chef or the ingredients and the food quality has severely declined.
What’s worse, we weren’t the only ones disappointed. The table next (2 guys table no 1) to us complained about their Thai rice and gravy and a large group of about 6-9 people at another table also expressed dissatisfaction with their Chinese dishes. It seems Raju’s Kitchen is rapidly losing its reputation, with many customers sharing the same grievances.
To top it off, after waiting an hour for mediocre food, not once did any staff member apologize for the delay or try to improve the situation. The service was as poor as the food. If you’re thinking about dining here, save your time and money—there are much better places in the area. Raju’s Kitchen is no...
Read moreI was excited to visit Raju's Kitchen, having heard positive reviews and enjoyed previous delivery orders. Unfortunately, my recent dining experience was incredibly disappointing.
Despite arriving at 9:30 PM on a Tuesday, it took over an hour to receive our incomplete order. When I questioned the waiter about the incorrect chopper rice, he was dismissive and insisted that it was what I had ordered. The Manchurian was dry and lacked flavor and the Thai rice was bland.
Other diners at the restaurant also expressed dissatisfaction with their food, indicating a systemic issue. The service was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Raju's Kitchen. The subpar food, poor service and lack of customer care make it a disappointing choice...
