I had my engagement function here on 12th of March. It went really worst.

Service Service was not at all pleasing. My all family members were running and asking waiter to serve welcome drinks, starters & other stuff. No one was really bothered about the function happening inside. My relatives were going out and asking them to corporate in order to balance this. It was shaming in front of relatives.

Ambience While booking they said speakers n all were working. Almost 20 times speakers got disconnected in between music. Where in my cake cutting ceremony got spoiled. I was so disappointed n sad. No one was bothered from the staff to ask or correct the issues.

Food They served room temperature & warm water to guest in hot summers. Roti was not baked properly. Rice was half cooked. Mancow soup dried noodles was smelly. Chocolate syrup on ice cream had 0 consistency it had water formulation. Gulag jamun was extreme sweet and not eatble. Dal had slightly more salt. . I received bad comments from guest as well. I was hungry n didn't had lunch cz of taste. Nobody was bothered about pouring empty food vessels. Hardly 3-4 starters pieces were there in that big container when people were picking food. Almost after asking 2 times, the staff was going to fill it. Before function started, we asked them to taste the food they were so rude n answered like "abhi kuch nahi milegaa"

Such special day comes only once. I had basic expectations. In whole function it was like running behind them for services.

I personally don't recommend anybody to book it for small function after my experience. Please test everything before booking. Your special moments don't deserve such lathergic behavior. After paying amount they ask.

My recent dining experience at Veg Sagar in Bhayandar West was an absolute treat for the taste buds. The restaurant's ambiance was cozy and inviting, setting the stage for a delightful meal.

We started our culinary journey with a classic favorite, pizza, and Veg Sagar did not disappoint. The pizza was freshly baked, with a perfectly crispy crust and a generous topping of flavorful veggies. It was a great appetizer to kick off our meal.
