Shree Balaji Pure Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Mira-Bhayander

It's been a year I shift to Mumbai and I have tried so many hotels and restaurants but nothing can match Shree Balaji Restaurant. We were looking for a venue to celebrate our daughter's birthday and on the way we came across Balaji Restaurant which is in Mira Bhayandar west. With zero expectations we went and spoke to Mr. Shashi there. He gave us all the details on venue, party hall, seating arrangements, budget etc. He was so kind and generous to us. He made sure our requirements fit in our budget and we booked the venue.

On the day of my daughter's birthday as we entered, everything was taken care of so well. We dint have to run here and there. The decoration part done by them amazed us. It was perfect. We gave them theme and it was executed so well. The best part was their quick service on anything. We were in need of photographer and on spot they arranged for us.

Coming to food, welcome drink was served to everyone by their staff and it was just not kept in one corner. Every now and then guest entered they made sure they get a drink. Starters were served individually to each one of them. We had ordered paneer chilly and spring roll. Paneer chilly which was just heavenly in taste. The garlic flavour was amazing, the sauces used were in right proportion. Panner was way too soft. Spring rolls were also the highlight as they were oil free. Deep fried to perfection. Everyone loved it. We noticed everyone loved it so much that they did take staters second time.

Coming to main course (dinner) We had ordered for Tomato soup- despite Tomatoes being so costly they made sure we don't miss out on actual tomato flavour soup. The bread was fresh.

Salad was served in huge quantity as well.

Mix veg curry- Delicious one. The veggies were so fresh and flavours were well balanced. They made sure they maintain a good balance of all spices too.

Paneer Lababdar- the gravy was so so so good. Paneer being so soft blended well with gravy. Delicious one.

Tandoori roti and naan- every now and then they kept serving hot rotis and just not kept everything once for all

Pulao and raita- this was something I loved it so very personally. Rice was steamed so well and perfect. Raita was amazing. The thickness of raita was way too good. Again fresh veggies used.

Dal and plain rice- Dal was amazing. The tadka that was given to it was something to die for. Again plain rice perfectly boiled.

Gulab jamun- soft and spongy. Sweetness to the point.

Highly recommended place to everyone who expects the best for their events. I would also appreciate Mr. Shashi for being so patient and making sure everything was perfect and now this place is go to place for me and my family...

First time visited this place with my family the first thing I order Jain food and I got garlic in my soups worst experience of my life the food is pathetic and my son was watching YouTube the chef come and told my son very rudely awaz Kam Karo samjhta nahi kya how can you talk to guest like this .I asked chef name the chef name is om he don't know how to talk to guest then I call the general manager his name was parimal he is so kind and his behaviour was professional he know how to treat guest just because of parimal my son and my was happy with his behaviour.i suggest to other Jain personal be careful in the name of jian food the not serving Jain food .I order bullet roll and I got hair in it it's quite frustrating experience one this is good that is his general manager parimal chandra he personally take care of our table and just because of his my family was little happy he gave his full attention to our table.i remember parimal name because he know how to make guest happy . I'll never ever going to visit this place .parimal promise me to come next time I'll personally take care of you .his gesture was really really professional because of him I'll think to come but I will think twice .roti time pe nahi aati hai chasa me hair tha but worst experience I can say the best part was general manager parimal gestures his so kind I visited this place on 27th september.waste of money it's better I wish I could went to veg Sagar Jain people be carefull if you ordering Jain food .I asked for ap spoon there staff don't know which is They gave me fork instead of ap spoon pathetic service pathetic food .I suggest people to visit some other places instead shree Balaji.only one this is good is there manager parimal gestures he is so kind .if you went there must meet him then you will get proper service he is professional.but I'm not going to visit this place worst experience accept...

Very very bad experience. I took my family for the first time, also said them that's it's our 1st time here. He said to try thali as it's best , so we ordered 1 thali, we clearly asked what all will be there, will it best, how much sabzi, roti size, etc, also asked him to show a picture if he has. So he told try once it will be best and you will not forget and so we ordered & it's true that will never forget such a bad thali experience in life yet, very little sabzi, roti size like a small katori, price charging like giant. Then there's insects, flies, lizards coming. Small Flies irritated us while eating alot, came into our food too. We repeatedly said to do something but they just ignored. We shifted our table, for that also they started arguing. Then we ordered chole bhature and that came after almost 50min, generally in normal restaurants it takes very less time. And after it came the bhature was not at all properly cooked and very oily. We told take again and give after proper cooking, it again took them 20mins, all our chole was cooled down till then and what they gave was just same bhatura with extra oil again. We paid bill and told it was our first time and bad experience in life till date, he said we can give you Rs20 cashback, we said we don't want discount we wanted good service and food (already mentioned that we came first time here). And their owner/senior whatever with his ego/attitude said now what can be done you had ate and payment done will see next time.
