I ordered food from this hotel from zomato. And the delivery partner was assigned to give the delivery at particular time. After one hour the delivery partner told that the order is canceled so I called the hotel the hotel person informed that your parcel is ready and the allotted person has not come.I again called the delivery boy but he refused to answer calls and his call was getting forwarded,after multiple attempts his called got switched off. And the hotel staff told that he cannot deliver the parcel as it is zomatos fault and not mine. And for shock he didn't have a delivery boy to deliver within the same area and he refused to deliver. I had to go myself to collect the delivery. The hotel service is very bad and I recommend never to order food...

There was a time when it was one of my fave places to eat out, but since last six months it has just terribly gone down the hill. Parcel orders are NEVER ON TIME or WORSE, they are still being made when i have come to pick up the order, almost 40 mins later.

Mainly, since last few times the indian non veg dishes have been super oily while the chicken has been chewy, over cooked, tough to eat, and absolutely tasteless.
