Prema Vihar (Pure Veg) — Restaurant in Mumbai

Owner/ Manager of the restaurant prema vihar is very much annoying & inhuman....I & my friend had given order and we were waiting for our order to arrive...due to health issue & migrane my frnd put in head down on the table while waiting for d order ..the manager was so inhuman he asked him to not put his head down on the table ...As "IT WAS NOT ALLOWED" like Seriously!!!???? This was one incident..further wht he did was completely insane .. we had our few bites of food and asked to parcel the food...but he said The Food which was served in our plate can't be packed & taken as parcel again as "IT WAS NOT ALLOWED"!!!!! In short we had very bad experience as it was very distressing & disrespectful of him towards customers.... Been visiting the restaurant since i was a kid ..but this was unexpected.. inhuman behaviour of him yesterday.... Food taste is decent.. good & well but service is highly...

I have ordered mushroom Kadai and Butter naan... The naan was completely waste... They gave prepared it earlier and served to us.. the staff and manager both where behaving very badly... I have visited here many times but day by day their quality and service is getting worst. .. after my complain they again heated the same naan and served to us... Also in mushroom Kadai there where hardly 3-4 Mushroom rather than that there Tomatoes....

The other picture is of their basin which is very bad and full of mosquitoes... They charged very high but quality and service is the worst.... I repeat do not visit here if you want to save your money and health.....

Ordered food half hr ago he took address and everything and now i just called to check if the order is ready he said "Home delivery nahi hai band hai" Then why tf did u take order

Very bad service i ordered today again owner said they have sent the parcel but m waiting since 1.5hrs they haven't sent yet Owner just ignored Actually they are taktall this for granted as they get a lot of customers but i really wish someone should open a new hotel in market just besides these people and then when they get a competition they will come to line ..much needed tbh waiting for food...
