Too chaotic and absolutely unprofessional behaviour. The steward would rather try to push his own agenda with regards to the menu. One of us wanted to order a Chinese dish and pop comes the steward's reply: "Sir, Chinese me gravy item kuch bhi nahi milega." Disappointingly we had to order Chicken Chatpata, Rotis and other dishes instead. A few moments later we come across a Chinese dish with gravy being served on another table. On demanding an explanation the steward lies that we were ordering Lollipop in gravy, which we never did. Though it doesn't make a difference if it's Lollipop or any xyz dish as long as another customer is being served. He immediately changed his tune and offered us whichever Chinese dish we want after we threatened to cancel all the orders and walk out. I won't hold this guy responsible as he came in the line of fire, it's the management that pushes for deplorable business tactics.
