Scam Scam To The coustomer

I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor quality of food and service at Rehinani Restaurant, located near Gajanan Kaloni, Shivaji Nagar, Govandi, Mumbai.

During my recent visit, I ordered Chicken Lazeez (₹180), only to receive a dish that was almost entirely gravy with barely any chicken. This was misleading, unacceptable, and a clear case of cheating customers.

Unfortunately, my disappointing experience did not end there:

Unhygienic Conditions: The restaurant’s overall cleanliness was extremely poor. The tables were sticky, and I noticed that the staff handled food without proper hygiene measures.

Stale and Low-Quality Ingredients: The gravy tasted stale, as if it had been reheated multiple times, and had a strong, unpleasant smell. It was clear that the food was not fresh.

Unprofessional Staff: The elderly gentleman at the cash counter was rude and dismissive when I raised my concerns. Instead of addressing the issue, he seemed indifferent and uninterested in customer feedback.

Overcharging for Substandard Food: The restaurant charges premium prices for food that is barely edible, poorly prepared, and misleadingly advertised. It seems they are focused only on making money rather than providing quality food and service.

This kind of business practice is not only unethical but also a serious violation of food safety and consumer rights. I am formally requesting an investigation into this restaurant’s food quality, hygiene standards, and overall service. If necessary, I will escalate this matter by filing a complaint with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) and the local municipal health department.

One of the most underrated restaurants in Chembur hands down. Me and my friends drove almost 15 minutes away from our usual place to eat only because I had heard alot about this place and I wanted to visit since we were in Chembur. After a long ride we got ourselves placed in the AC section of the restaurant. The ambience is pretty much ok considering its locality, was very impressed by the gentlemen who served us with his expertise in what we should dig in. He helped us to order Chicken Dhamaka, Panner Makhanwala with six Naans and Jeera Rice to go with it. I was amazed by the quality of service which was prompt and the food which was lip-smacking amazing. All this for Rs.860/- for four of us. I am definitely coming again to this place and try their Afghani section. Visit here for Good food which does not pinch your pocket much. Happy Feasting!

Alhamdulillah! One of the best restaurants to have food with family and friends, one fact about them they don't respect customer, and don't fulfill the customer demand in respected manner, they can't even compromise with their rules and regulations, they have rules regarding every dish , one rule is you won't get gravy with Hong Kong fried rice even if you are ready to pay for the gravy, that sound like childish behaviour of the restaurants, to have best customer service you may go to Al Taj and you will definetely feel the difference inshallah, if you can't give a satisfactory customer services kindly close the restaurant and start some other business, don't fool us , another fact about them they sometime gives their customer frozen chicken which lead in effecting health of...
