Chillizzz the complete family restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

I tried couple of dishes from this restaurant since it was my friend's birthday and he gave us a treat here as this restaurant was functional in afternoon. First floor is air conditioned with proper (not that comfortable) seatings. The guy who was there for taking the order was really polite and gave us nice suggestion for ordering appropriate order as per our requirement. They do follow safety protocols in this covid time and instructed to maintain physical distancing while sitting (that is really important). Now coming to the food, we ordered Veg Crispy and Chicken Crispy for the starters and both were good in taste, portion. Then we ordered Roti, Paneer Handi and Chicken Handi as per their suggestion and the quantity was wholesome and more than enough for 3 people per handi and even it's taste was good with proper gravy in it, The roti was bit let down with small in size and not that proper bhatti/earthern-oven feel to it and was having a strong taste of refined flour since they were not made in the restaurant which the person initially told us while ordering since they are not making rotis in the restaurant due to covid precautions and suggested to order them as per needs since if you order them again then you need to again wait for a while. To sum it up we ordered plain rice and the rice was heavy like wedding buffets and again on bit let down side but it filled up the tummy to the last extent. Last week cockroach found in food which I ordered that shows how bad hygiene this restaurant has. Also two veggies had too much salt. After complaint initially there was cold response and they offered replacement but i refused when we found cockroach in one off the food dish. owner refunded my amount but they spoiled the event. Before that they also messed up by delivering non veg order instead of Veg food. And they replaced it. This shows that service is also not good at all. Or restaurant management taken customer for granted. This is what I felt from their casual response. Owner promised me that he will conduct kitchen cleaning and he will share pics but that did not happened. I been ordering food from Chilliz but over the period the hygiene and service becomes really bad now. So have stopped ordering food from Chilliz and not...

I called the restaurant and placed an order for take away for fried rice, I reached the restaurant in some time but order was not even placed. The owner kept on ignoring me and stayed busy on call with some person. He was not paying me back change as I paid him. I requested him multiple times still THE OWNER KEPT IGNORING MY REQUEST TO GIVE ME A BILL FOR MY PAYMENT. HE GAVE ME CUNNING LOOK as I raised my voice. He didn't even ask for address as I asked for home delivery.
