JIMIS BURGER ® - Powai (Delivery Exclusive) — Restaurant in Mumbai

1/5 Stars - Extremely Disappointing Experience

I'm writing this review as a frequent customer of Jimi's Burger, having ordered from them numerous times with quantities ranging from 2-8 burgers at once. Unfortunately, my latest experience has left me severely disappointed and feeling forced to take my business elsewhere.

For the third time, my cooking instructions were ignored, and my Peri Peri Burger arrived with potato sticks inside, despite my explicit request (in all capital letters) to send them separately. The result was a soggy, flat, and unappetizing burger.

To make matters worse, one of the burger buns was burnt on top. It's clear that the team at Jimi's Burger is not paying attention to customer requests or taking pride in their work.

As a loyal customer, I expect more from a business I've supported consistently. This level of neglect and poor customer experience has led me to decide that I will no longer be frequenting Jimi's Burger. It's a shame, as I had previously enjoyed their food, but I cannot continue to support a business that doesn't value their customers' requests.

I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their customer service and attention to detail. Until then, I'll be taking my...

So we bulk ordered 15 burgers mix of fried chicken burger, stuffed herb chicken, peri peri paneer & chicken burger from Jimmis it was for office thing. The way Atul from Jimmis Andheri , Hari & Krishna from Jimmis Vikhroli managed the whole request and added extra fries to our order was heartwarming.

Thank you so much once again Jimmis Burger for letting us create an awesome unforgettable ordering experience and for those delicious burgers...

I don't think I need to speak anything about the taste of the brand which is best in the business since a decade now.

thing i want to particularly appropriate about the takeout is that the burger is so well delivered that it looks as good as what you get @ eat-in !
