KFC — Restaurant in Mumbai

I recently visited KFC Kurla and had a positive experience overall. The place has a lot of potential if they continue to maintain their service and cleaning standards.

The food at KFC Kurla was up to the usual KFC standards. The fried chicken was delicious, crispy, and flavorful, just as one would expect from KFC. The menu had a good variety of options, including burgers, chicken wings, and sides like coleslaw and mashed potatoes. The portions were generous, and the food was served hot and fresh.

The staff at KFC Kurla were attentive and friendly. They took our orders promptly and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was efficient, and our food arrived quickly. The staff also kept the dining area clean and tidy throughout our visit.

I didn't have any complaints about my experience at KFC Kurla. The food was satisfying, the service was good, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. If KFC Kurla continues to maintain its service and cleaning standards, I believe it has the potential to be a great place for KFC lovers.

I had a very frustrating experience with the KFC store at East Point, Kurla. I placed an order for burgers and popcorn through the KFC app at 14:30, expecting a smooth delivery. However, I was left waiting for over an hour and a half, with no updates other than a notification on the app stating that the delivery partner was "on the way" from around 3:00 PM.

After waiting until 3:45 PM with no sign of my food, I tried calling the KFC store multiple times—around 15-20 attempts—hoping to get some clarification, but no one answered the phone. Completely frustrated, I decided to visit the store in person. After a long wait, I was finally handed my order at 16:30.

This entire experience was extremely disappointing in terms of both service and communication. The lack of response from the store, the delayed delivery, and the inability to reach anyone made the experience feel unprofessional. I hope KFC can address these issues, as this was far from the...

Visited this place on weekdays.

Tried ordering through their self ordering kiosk the card payment wasn't going through, then approached the food counter for ordering he said only cash and UPI is available, card payment can be done only through the self ordering kiosk.

When I explained to him that I was trying and the payment wasn't going through he said yes the POS machine has not been working for 2 days you need to either pay or use UPI.

Anyway we ordered through the app and our food was ready in 5 minutes and the food was very hot.

The peri peri strips barely had and peri peri masala.

What really disappointed me was they used a chicken strip in the chicken crisper burger instead of giving a chicken patty which was really disappointing.
