Dear customers, Branch is good but I will tell you some internal bad things.

1. When I had gone to this branch, I want to open only saving bank account, they directly take 2,000/- rupees for account opening charges. I little bit confused. Because in sbi you can open saving account with 0 rs. Then, next day I had mail from sbi securities, that u open "DEMAT Trading" account. I said that I not open it. Then I go to the bank that how , it happen . They without knowing me, take my otp, my photo , my signature, open a demat account. This is a type of scam in almost all sbi branches. Then I filed complaint against branch manager, and the deducted annual charges of demat return to my account. So, plz beaware of this banking scam. If you are going, please sure that you want demat or not. Because they don't tell about any demat and thing. They directly open demat trading account with your saving. And as you know they take annual charges of that Demat of Rs.600/- which are going to cut from your 2,000/- . Please Beaware of this type of scam.
2. Manager is also involved in this scam so don't expect anything from them. Because they get some perks from demats. Directly mail the Sbi head quarter of bandra. They surely help & get your money back guarantee because they know this scam 😅.
3. Understand and ask them why we have to give 2,000/- rs.
4. Main key point is if they are taking your "photo" from their phone, 101% they are opening your demat account also. So beaware. Because saving account doesn't require photo click from phone. They took my photo click because I don't...

I resently visit there to open my mother's account. but they are not really helpful they told me to come between 10am to 11am if you want to open a saving account then I checked on Google if there any kind of restrictions or time limit for opening a account. but nothing like that they're just lazy and don't want to serve...
