We decided to order an additional plate of "Prawns Tava Fry." and called the captain to take the order. To our surprise, the captain informed us that "Prawns Tava Fry" was unavailable, despite it being prominently listed on the menu. What was equally disconcerting was the captain's demeanor during this exchange. His confrontational tone and insinuations about our understanding of prawn sizes were unexpected and far from the level of professionalism we have come to associate with Konkan Swad. Questions like "have you never eaten prawns? Dont you understand the size of the prawns and understand this is Jumbo prawns? We asked him to call the manager to escalate the issue, he said "no manager is available in the restaurant", surprising remark.

In my opinion, a successful restaurant hinges not only on its culinary offerings but also on the quality of its customer service. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of the standards we have previously enjoyed at your establishment.
