Ambience - They have both AC and Non AC sitting options... it's a casual dining...

Service - service is little slow they need to work on it however staff is friendly and helping...

We ordered below items...

Paneer koliwada - paneer coated with batter and deep fried serve with chutney... it was like paneer pakoda...

Chicken lollypop - it was good and tasty...

Egg ghotala - 2 whole boiled eggs served with gravy and with generous quantity... sufficient for 2 persons... however it was not like surti anda ghotala...

Prawns thali - it had prawns fried, gravy, sol kadi, rice, Bhakri...you can chose vade or chapati also...

Vade - it was delicious...it was very much closed to poori...

Bhakri - rice Bhakri soft and well cooked...

Steam rice - it was perfectly cooked and hot...

Cold drink - sprite was as usual good and they have small size bottle too...

We had visited here and the food was ok, i had ordered the surmai thali, it surmai was big and good, but the curry was not upto the mark, it was a bit tangy and thick. The chinese we ordered was good. As the chinese was good, i went back in the evening for a parcel of chinese veg, the manager told me that they will open after 30 mins, I said ok, I will wait, can i sit, he said no we are cleaning, and no one was doing anything at the moment. I dont think he should have turned down a customer who is willing to wait. I just left from there, i am not going back again to that restaurant. Good food or not, if i dont get a proper treatment, its not for me. Thanks. But a good advice to the owners you need to train the people to treat...

I would like to give -0.0 rating to this hotel. Very worst service and staff. The behaviour and attitude of the owner is very negative towards customer. After waiting for an hour you will not get food on time. In ac section only 1 buttler is there who only concentrates on the 1st 4 table. Corner 2 tables are highly ignored. Namskar is increasing their branches in multiple locations but you don't have good quality, quantity management and discipline. Also the owner did not respond to our complaint. I mean such kind of behaviour is very shameful. I will suggest to people that don't go to such places where you have to wait and then you will get a bad...
