Seagull Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

We ordered 2 Schezwan fried rice and 1 triple fried rice. After waiting for around 25 minutes, our order finally arrived. We complained to the owner about the delay, and to our surprise, the food was completely cold after just one bite. We raised this issue.

The waiter admitted that while they were preparing the triple fried rice, the other food had gotten cold. However, when we tried the triple fried rice, only the soup was hot, and the rice was still cold. The waiter then admitted that the rice had already been prepared earlier, though he didn’t specify how long ago. Then the waiter agreed to replace the dishes.

Despite agreeing to replace the dishes, they brought the food back within just 5 minutes, which seemed suspiciously fast. The waiter then admitted they had only reheated the rice after removing the part we had eaten. Even after this, the food remained cold and tasteless. We informed them that we didn’t want the remaining dishes as they were unacceptable.

The owner was extremely rude and insisted we pay the full amount without any apology for the poor service. We only paid for 1 plate since we had eaten it, but the overall experience was terrible. Unsatisfactory Results at @Seagull.

I have ordered 2 Chicken Dum Biryani (₹150 per container), it was a home delivery and following is my experience: One container had masala with rice and other had 90%rice and less Masala for gravy.

Taste is not at all good. Biryani had only red colour. Please refrain from ordering biryani.

3.When complained about issue with less masala, owner of the restaurant called me to return it and I did return by going personally, but he refuse to give my money back. Instead he gave exchanged biryani container, that was also taste less and my whole 300₹ got wasted!

I am able to give review only about Biryani. Rest of Menu can be predicted by you guys by reading my Review.
