Shiv Sagar — Restaurant in Mumbai

I visited this place in the evening on 16-03-2023; I advise to avoid going here. Unfortunately I was with a friend and it was my recommendation to eat here since I like South Indian food from here. This place is only a glorified Udupi. We went on to order a sizzler & all the vegtables were stale. When I pointed it out, they said they will replace but found out that they didn't have any other fresher vegetables to replace. Vegetables were 50% portion of the dish. The server who came to take away the vegetables put it on the good portion of paneer so even that was not eatable. They come charging the full ₹400 in the bill and gave a ₹50 something discount for a dish which was not even half consumable. As I said glorified Udupi, no customer satisfaction priority or care for serving safe/consumable food. Definitely not professional. Avoid or atleast avoid items that contain...

Yesterday we order Lasange from their Mexican Menu...but when the dish arrived ..we were completely shocked...it was just vegetables with a single layer of pasta sheet and cheese... nothing else....

When we complaint to cocern person they mentioned..our chef prepares like this only....we requested if something can be done as it's not as per your request..the staff completely denied the request....they mentioned nothing can be done now....once order placed.

We lost our money ..just because of their chef and management..

Hotel Team... kindly check if something can be done....as because of your staff....why your money should be used for...

We went for lunch and ordered Punjabi cuisine. Quality Was below average. Dal was salty, sabji was extra sweet! Sweet corn soup had so much of flour in it, was awful!

Service was bad too. Main course was served along with soup and we had to tell them to keep it back in kitchen so that food won't turn cold. When the waiter returned with main course, food was cold! Waiter served dal so fiercely that it spluttered over our clothes !!

Prices are acceptable, 250-300 per head.

Cramped up place, it's better to sit in open area instead and request the fan turned towards you.

Won't recommend for dine out and for cuisines other than quick...
