VV Hotel — Restaurant in Mumbai

I am writing to express my shock and disappointment at finding a hair in my meal atVV hotel Gorai. I was served butter chicken and steamed rice and was horrified to discover the hair while eating.

As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and hygiene in the food served. Finding hair in my meal is not only unpleasant but also raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and food handling practices in your kitchen.

I immediately brought this to the attention of the server/staff, and. I was expecting a more prompt and sincere apology, as well as assurances that steps would be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. But the manager was Talking very rudely to us rather than apologise.The manager had thrown the bill While we were asking to reprint the bill with cancellation of dish in which hair were found also the kitchen chef was full of attitude He was not wearing cap and though he was arguing...... overall worst...

Surprised to have sucha good food place down that road.

We had a late night stopover in quest of food at midnight. Heard about this from friends and finally stopped to check. Must say what a delight!

Not a fine dine setup, an open air seating attracting all kind of crowd but their food can just pass odds.

We ordered quite alot of food amongst the 15 of us. A few starters like Chicken Koliwada it was soo good we had to call for a second round. Then some amazing Surmai tawa came twice with Bombil fry and some Butter chicken and Roti. Ate soo much that my memory cells dropped dead to remember. Believe me! They surprised us with such good food.

The dining experience at this particular restaurant was disappointing. The service was lacking and even basic menu items were unavailable during breakfast hours. Additionally, the food took an excessively long time to arrive, even when the restaurant was not particularly busy. The freshness of the food was also questionable.

On the positive side, the restaurant did offer ample parking. However, based on the aforementioned shortcomings, I cannot recommend this establishment, especially if you are merely passing...
