KFC — Restaurant in Nagaland

Ohk I basically go time to time in Kfc atleast once or twice in Month whenever I am in mood to eat .. and yes Kfc nature tho even I know ... not giving sufficient peices that is shown in app or display ... and I also notice it being done every time .. ... today I ordered in advance but still had to wait for 20 MINS idk why ... aro I don't usually check how much peices it is ... and I know this kfc chumu always provide less peices but it happen to me so many times like 5 times that I had to count the peices and had to complain . Aro even I ordered 3 sauce but gave 2 only what is this? Aro what I ordered also saying not available that too after payment etu ki? Say directly u don't have . I have being kind and even don't take change but u get scam everytime? The chicken was not salted proper n also with species .. it taste like it was fried with WATER not oil . So soggy . 😑 why always tryna scam .. manager or whoever it was was probably looking at me like as if I did a crime . Not everyone is rich. Middle class people come once in a blue moon...

I had a very disappointing experience at KFC Chümoukedima. The customer service here is honestly one of the worst I've come across. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, and basic courtesy felt like too much to expect. Instead of being helpful, they acted like they were doing me a favor by just taking my order. What’s worse is the visible attitude problem—no greetings, no smiles, no effort to assist when I had questions about the menu. I even received cold stares when I politely asked about a missing item in my order. If you’re expecting the usual KFC standard of service, you’ll be thoroughly let down here. Food may be decent (because it’s KFC), but honestly, the bad attitude and unprofessional behavior from the staff completely ruined the experience. Management really needs to step in and train their team on basic customer courtesy. Definitely not coming back...

Kfc is always my ultimate go to but yesterday's experience with the cashier(male) was totally off putting. First off, he forgot my extra dips even after adding on the bill which is quite okay, people do forget sometimes but he didn't give me any tissue which pissed me. When I went to ask for some, he told me "tissue tu khotom hoishe" yet I see pile of tissue lying there so I told him to give it to me and the audacity of him to give just 2 paper tissues!!
