Loved everything about this place. Calm, quite, serene in other words. Lovely place to relax and unwind yourself, far away from the maddening crowd. We went for a vacation to Dimapur and loved spending time in this place. The resort itself is well kept and maintained by well behaved staff. This was my first visit to Nagaland and I'm really impressed. The people are very well mannered. Loved the service given in the resort. Food too was very good. They tried to maintain both Indian and Chinese cuisine along with Naga cuisine. Liked the food served, though there can be more options of Naga food. The bakery items were also good Also, the complimentary breakfast had decent options. The best part amongst all was the pool (obviously). Loved spending most of the evenings there. Also they have a kids play area where the kids had fun going the merry go round, seesaw, swings, slide, etc. They have a basketball and a tennis court and special zone for badminton and table tennis. They also have an in-house boutique store and a nursery with Anthurium andraeanum flowers and plants. They have betel nut, mango trees all over the resort. Had a chance of having a ripe mango fallen from the tress and i must say it was extremely sweet and delicious. The lanes are filled with flowers garden on both sides. They also have 2 restaurants, a cafe and a open air auditorium. Also, a closed auditorium was in the process of being made. Overall an excellent place with good service and good people. Hope the service is maintained. Would love to...

Please no loud music or noise aftr 10pm . It's a community place and people need rest and sleep . Please refer this - In order to curb the growing problem of noise pollution, the Government of India has enacted the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules 2000 framed under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 which provides the regulation for noise.

Not withstanding anything contained in Sub-rule (2). The State Government may subject to such terms and conditions as are necessary to reduce noise pollution permit use of loud speakers or public address systems during night hours (between 10.00 p.m. to 12.00 midnight) on or during any cultural or religious festive occasion of a limited duration not exceeding fifteen days in all during a...

I dont know where to start but this is my 4th or 5th stay in Niathu on work and I find the service here very average. It is nothing compared to the Niathu chain Vivor in Kohima. (The Niathu team needs to spend a month and learn etiquette and politeness from the Vivor staff). The staff in the reception were bickering in Nagamese and were being so unprofessional, particularly one lady, short and sulky, and was speaking rudely to her colleagues infront of the customer. Her attitude was really crass and showed total disregard of the guest standing infront of them. ||The only staff that were nice were from the morning breakfast and servers by the pool. ||Coming to the rooms, my bathroom faucets were leaky and the roof too was not covered. I mean why would you put a guest in a room like that and charge 6k plus. The bathroom had no hand towels, no soap ... it basically felt like they shoved me into any room that was there. And there weren't many guests so I'm sure they had other rooms. Again I thought maybe they thought a local wouldn't complain so much and they gave me a really sad room! ||I hope they amp up their service and do it really fast or else the amount charged is unjustified and other hotels will...

Simply superb! Thats the only way to describe my experience at this property. It is well located on the main road with numerous supermarkets and show rooms at walking distance. The establishment has a sprawling area with numeorus sporting facilities, ample space to take long walks, well maintained lawns, childrens park and play area, well equipped gym & spa and a beautiful pool. Rooms are modern (recently renovated), spaced out and very spacious unlike dingy hotels with a single corridor opening into numerous rooms on both sides. The restaurant ambience was top notch and good food! But the most remarkable aspect i found was the staff. Despite being in a small town in a remote corner of the country i was pleasantly surprised by the professiianlism, warmth and training of the staff...i dare say they were of "Taj" standards!(I rate Taj hospitality as the best in the country!) On the whole a wonderful experience. Steongly recommened for solo/couple/family vacations to relax and enjoy.

Zone Niathu is spacious and well-maintained with nice rooms. The swimming pool is neat and clean, and the badminton court and table tennis facilities are great additions. There's also a kid's park that kids will thoroughly enjoy, making it a fantastic option for families. The service is excellent with friendly and attentive staff. The food is outstanding, with expert chefs serving delicious South Indian dishes with authentic taste. The location is convenient, with easy access from Nagaland Zoological Park and Dimapur airport, both being around 20 minutes away by car. However, I faced some issues with weak WiFi signals and a subpar display screen in the hall where I attended an event, which made it difficult to read during presentations. Additionally, they don't use traditional symbols for veg and non-veg dishes, so I had to ask multiple times to confirm. With a bit of improvement, it could be even better.
