1st and best part.. all covid norm are followed. Staff wearing mask, polite, sanitizating each table after every customer/diner. Asst manager attending properly every one Food part much much better taste and quality than last we visited in feb21. Soup,starters,main course and amazing sweets.
This time experience was different . We Booked we entered, no one was at counter to register. We directly went inside and occupied our table. They attended us after 10-15 mins . The table occupied were only 2-3. But at 7 pm. Soup was not ready, starters were delayed. 4-5 people came and inquired about our booking. Kiske name se booking hai... it was irritating. I celebrated my anniversary there. Good experience 😁👍 The best part this time was... the mango festival... amazing mango spread deserts. One and all was wow in taste. Really appreciated. Never expected desert bowl so unclean. Needs to work on that. See pictures
We visited Absolute Barbecue for a friend’s birthday celebration. A table for four was booked at 7 PM on Thursday. Usually, we receive a reminder call before the booking, but this time we didn’t.
The staff welcomed us warmly, but they didn’t explain the dining process as they usually do and directly started serving beet cutlets and potato Cajun, which were good. The crispy corn chat was excellent — one of the best we’ve had so far.
When the barbecue was placed on our table, we noticed it wasn’t cleaned properly. There was visible dust and dirt on the outer surface. On informing the waiter, his response was rude and defensive, though he replaced it after we insisted. Two waiters attended us — one kept giving excuses, while the other, Sandeep, was polite and tried to handle the situation well. However, such issues should be checked before serving guests. If we hadn’t pointed it out, the dirty grill and cold watermelon might not have been replaced. For a reputed brand charging premium prices, maintaining hygiene and consistent quality is essential.
The barbecue items included paneer tikka, mushroom, pineapple, and watermelon. The paneer, mushroom, and pineapple were tasty, but the watermelon was cold and bland. When we mentioned this, the waiter again gave unnecessary explanations.
Later, the chef visited our table and asked for feedback. We shared our concerns about the watermelon and also mentioned that the sauce pots didn’t seem freshly refilled for the evening shift. He said we should have informed him earlier for corrections — but honestly, as paying customers, we expect everything to be served fresh and hygienic without having to complain.
The main course was excellent, served with hot naan and other delicious dishes. Desserts were also nicely presented. The birthday celebration was well-organized, and we enjoyed that part thoroughly.
However, the staff needs retraining — there was too much noise from utensils and barbecue sticks, gloves should be worn while serving, and uniforms need better maintenance. The ambience could also be a little brighter.
Overall, the food was good, but cleanliness, staff behaviour, and attention to detail need improvement.

They show you so many things in their app menu like Saturday & Sunday Special items etc etc but they serve you only skewers item i.e. chicken, prawn, Fish and Plate item crispy corn, chicken leg piece. Thats it.
I told them that chicken strips & Chicken wings are mentioned in the menu please bring it. They said, it is under preparation please wait, but till end of my dinner it never came.
3)If you ask to repeat anything twice the waiter will ignore your table then, you need to run behind the waiter.
I requested them for some spicy legs, they took half an hour to bring
If you are planning to overcome your money by eating a lot dont ever think they will not serve you they will just start ignoring the table
The Manager Manoj was appologizing from table to table just like its his daily job and it is well planned.
25% to 30% items on their app menu is not served to you.
Main Course is totally bland. If you ask something to modify, assume to be wasting 30 mins atleast
I just ordered 1 plain paratha to eat with curry, after 3 calls to waiter he didn't came. I have to walk to the waiter to ask my roti. Then after 20 mins roti came and curry was cold.
Waiters focus more on appologizing rather than improvement in service. One waiter was litreally saying to me that " Sir hum bohot durr se yaha kaam karte aaye hai please thodasa adjust kar lijiye". Hatts Off to you guys. They play good sympathy card.
They tell you to give good reviews itherwise they will loose job. They bribe you with some dishes that dont put negative reviews.
*Conclusion :- Its my third time, same slow service and ignorance to reapeat ordering customers. They wont allow you to add value to your money you spend here. Dont see their menu on app, you will not be served anything special. My 3200₹ is burnt, they will not improve their service....

Since I had got discount on my last visit, I just asked for discount to Tathagat and he started fighting and abusing me. Since they have bar section also, I had ordered beer and I had gone solo. But they treated me so rudely and considered me like a low grade tapori person drinking there. These restaurant chain people discriminate people based on how customer comes- solo or in group and on their costumes. If one goes in normal ordinary dress, they treat you like slum poor person and if you go in blazer and rich dresses and in group, then they treat you like king. I can sue these guys for such discrimination in court which as per law they are doing a crime. They even didn't thank me when I was leaving unlike other people in group. Didn't even ask my feedback like they usually do neither they asked if I have a birthday or not. Very worst treatment was given to me as I had gone solo. If you don't have discount for solo people, then do you mean solo people can't come to restaurant? Why you doing this discrimination? I was regular customer of ABs but from today's worst experience, you have lost a customer. I will never visit your any chain in future and will also report such treatment you did with me on social media and to your owner. You are keeping unprofessional and abusive waiters on job who are tarnishing the reputation of your restaurant. Food quality as always was third class specially main menu. Don't waste your money here...
