Bablu da Dhaba-Airport Centre Point — Restaurant in Nagpur

First thing first, this rooftop restaurant is closed since a long time and the license is revoked. This is now shifted to ground floor in an open lawn kind of setup. So if you booking with a hope of rooftop seating then you shall definitely avoid it. It's strange that it's not mentioned anywhere while booking

Advance booking - although I have booked through zomato (advance and paid booking), wait time was easily around 25-30 mins

Service - slower than a tortoise. There are no dedicated waiters it captains. Every table keeps on giving order to whomsoever they can catch hold of. Pathetic arrangement. I had to literally walk and get the water bottle myself

Food - either items on the menu aren't available or takes a lot of time. You are forced to settle for basic menu. Rotis were served cold and soggy. Portion size is barely enough for 2 pax

Bill - wrong items were added to the bill because of multiple waiters and captains. Bill adjustment took almost 15 mins. Wrong items were striked off but rebilling wasn't done. Taxes were still as per old bill which is incorrect

Verdict - even if it's free here do not go at all. You go to a hotel for good service, good food and food environment. Here nobody is bother to attend you. Food isn't to the mark. Menu is incorrect, staff isn't attentive at all.

Vallet parking - sarcastically that's the only thing...

We went to Bablu Da Dhaba - Airport Center Point, Food was good but my valet parking experience was worst. Driver took the vehicle to parking lot and when we came back after dinner the valley parking people was not able to find the car keys first and after that when I asked them did you found my keys they said yes but they were not showing me the keys and said we are bringing your vehicle be seated. When my vehicle arrived the AC was at full speed which I haven't used because it's winter. Car was so cold because of full Ac used and also because of that petrol consumption was also the their. I think the driver till we came back was seated inside car with full AC on and because of which other people were not able to find the car keys. If we are trusting to the valley parking of so reputed Hotel and there valley parking drivers are treating our cars like this. I tried complaining the issue to management team for this but till now no update from there side. I will suggest not to give your car keys to such kind of irresponsible people who...

I found this below my table, called 3-4 different attendents for resolving this issue, for someone to pick it up. I gave up in few minutes but just when I thought I should write a review for them to improve, they actually took really good care of it the very moment they had the bandwidth. They picked up the leftover, cleaned my table, apologized for the mistake even offered me another table(I politely refused). They are keeping up the ACP legacy, epic service as always, no rushing the customers even at 11:30pm when rest of the city's so called night lounges and epic diners ask the customer to finish outright fast so that the cook can go home on time. These guys never disappoint even when its your last table. ++ If you like continental do try their grilled chicken with classic brown sauce, its epic. Thumbs up to their house keeping staff, attendents and the chef. Just improve your cold coffee and you are set!
