Absolutely the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at any food place. The man with the tattoo — who I’m sure is the owner — behaved like he’s doing a favor just by talking to customers. When I politely asked him what their speciality was, he made faces and arrogantly said, “Whatever is on the menu, select from there.” Seriously? That’s your idea of customer service? When I said the list was long and asked for a recommendation, he repeated the same rude line, showing zero respect or basic manners. His attitude was disgusting — full of arrogance and ego, like he’s some kind of king and we’re beneath him. Newsflash: in hospitality, the customer is the king, not you! Even when I was leaving, I saw two girls walk in and he still carried the same disrespectful, condescending tone. Honestly, people like this ruin the experience completely. I had just brought a bhel and I was so disgusted to see that there was a fly in it. I didn't think that the Bombay Chart Center would use such a dirty trick. But now that all this has happened to me, I will never be able to go to this restaurant again. And if this fly comes out, it will be even more useless. I am feeling a sense of guilt. I visited this place for the first time but the experience was disheartening.

First experience : I ordered snacks today evening, I ordered the sevpuri for my daughter along with 4 ragda patties, 1 panipuri for other members. I asked him to prepare a sevpuri in a way, as my daughter likes it.

The person preparing order, told that "kaise kaise order dete ho". When I replied him it was for my daughter. He replied I'm not telling you and make faces.

Secondly: after finishing the food my two of family members were waiting for me and my daughter to finish. The person sitting on the cash counter literally told other staff that ask him to leave the place why they are sitting, if they finished. Also, its not a thing that other customers are waiting for seat.
