If there was zero star i would have given it that.They don't deserve a single star for the kind of treatment that was given to us today.If you want to waste your time and money this is the place to be .Totally pathetic service and bad attitude of the staff.The service is really bad.This place is not recommended at all.There was no waiting for the table we got the table quickly.What followed was one of the worst restaurant experiences that we ever had.The staff was not at all attentive.We had to wait long time for the menu then for to give the order.The person who was taking our order left midway for another table while taking order leaving our order incomplete.Whever we had to order anything we had to literally look for the staff and even when we would call the staff they would just ignore and move on to another task.They did not even place cutlery on the table completely.We ordered a drink and peanuts took forever to arrive .We had to remind them twice for the peanuts.Still peanuts arrived after the drink was almost over.we ordered soup and despite telling them one soup they made it one by two and we had to again send it back.The person who got masala papad did not even know which table he is supposed to give masala papad.He had to ask and then he arrived at our table.There was no coordination between the staff at all.We had ordered the main course with the drinks but after the drinks for a long time main course did not arrive.we had to ask so many times for paper napkins.They staff got it and kept on our adjacent table instead of our table.The staff is totally confused.They wasted our one hour 15 mins.Finally we got fed up paid for the drinks,soup and masala papad and left the restaurant.They spoiled our sunday with their pathetic service and bad attitude.The staff is really bad.They don't deserve to be part of hospitality industry.The person who took our order was full of attitude and arrogance.Not recommended at all and not...

I used to visit here regularly but after tonight I don’t think I will ever visit here again. First of all, they were not ready to take my reservation at my time and were constantly asking me to change it due to their convenience. 60% of the tables were empty until we left.

Most of the staff was changed and the new waiters here felt like some cheap waiters from their language and communication. Food taste felt very degraded since last month. Actually, it’s degrading gradually since 2 years and no improvement is seen. A simple tomato cream soup was messed up and the manager was convincing that this was another tomato soup. It tasted like the artificial Knorr soup. Also, the Kadhai Paneer was unpleasant. The seating arrangement is so congested that you can’t easily move from a chair to another. I know today was ICC final but all the waiters were focused on the TV watching match and not managing the customers properly. I had a doubt about number of bottles we consumed and asked the waiter about it and the waiter was like,”jaane do na abhi kya ek do bottle ka dekhte” something like this. I wanted to talk to the manager about this behaviour but there were guests with me so I avoided it.

If I am visiting a Center Point restaurant then I expect the facility like its name too. Poor service. Won’t be visiting here...

We have been ordering online from this place for more than 2 years and was always loved their food. This time we decided to give the place a visit and we couldn't have been happier. The decor is very comfy and classy. Their food taste and quality needs no introduction. It was awesome as usual. The staffs were extremely friendly and courteous. We had a family dinner and was extremely happy with the entire dinning experience. The ambience was perfect. It wasn't too noisy or too quite. They have a variety of cuisines to choose from and all of the dishes taste really really good. I will highly recommend this place to whoever wants to spend quality time with their family. The place also serves liquor. Kudos to the entire team(especially the chef!) for making the dining...
