Haldirams - it's one of the most trusted & well-known brand in India. Their food is excellent & awesome.

Have been a frequent & loyal customer of Haldirams since 30 years - but never faced this kind of an insult , embarassment & humiliation.....in Haldirams or elsewhere.

Staff's attitude & behaviour is really pathetic & bogus - especially the security guard staff - infact rowdy & hooligan - with no etiquettes & manners.......in their Awasthi Chowk - Nagpur branch.

The manager over here refuses to give me a small paper carrybag for sweets bought from them. Next day he calls me an obnoxious word in front of another customer.

Their security guard - was so rowdy , hooligan , abusive , aggressive & violent on me. I was parking my car at the right place. But still due to his frustration, he was asking me to shift it on the left - as if I could've lifted that car on my palm (hands) & parked it slightly left - as if it would've made any difference.

There was ample space for my 3rd car to be parked over there. And even if I would've shifted it a little towards the left , there was no space for any 4th car to be parked over there.

And if I would've tried to park my car ...a little towards the left , then I would've been required to take it back completely on the road & move it towards the front on a hilly type of pavement - which would've stopped the car many times & it was a busy road.

This guard was reluctant to move away even after asking him to do so - so many times. Since he was frustrated & adamant stubborn - he didn't oblige & divulge. So just for a second , my car's tyre "hit" his "feet" - "mistakenly"........and didn't run over his feet nor leg.

My car's tyre didn't climb on his feet. Rather he made such a huge fuss out of it , he became so angry , abusive , aggressive n violent - that he went berserk to beat me & used such foul & filthy derogatory language against my mom - so many times - more than 4 words - 9 times. He was forcibly trying to open n break my door & it's window.

Even the staff & this guard acknowledged & confirmed that I wasn't rowdy or abusive towards this guard or anyone else. And I politely left off from there. Rather I got too scared , nervous , panicky n frightened.

Somehow I managed to flee away from there. When I complained to their manager , he showed me a pic - (trying to fool & bluff me) - showing an already infected "leg" of that guard. And not his "feet".

Now even though my car's tyre hit his feet......how can there be an infection on his leg ?!! That man was not lying down....so how could his leg get that infection ? My car didn't run over his "leg" nor "feet".

Their woman incharge of security was just trying to defend that guard all the time.....& accuse n blame me irrationally - fully & completely - yet foolishly........ & doing partiality & biasness towards that guard. She has been completely so rude & arrogant towards me - useless , hopeless , disgusting & disgraceful.

She was just beating around the bush - all the way. And speaking over me.....interrupting me & trying to dominate. And treating me like a 3rd class - C grade person. She was behaving as if I'm her servant or else a low level staff of Haldirams. Really no manners n etiquettes in her - to be receptive to any customer's complaint & concern.

She was behaving as if Haldirams belongs to her father. Infact other male managers are really polite , cordial , courteous & understanding. But I don't know whether they are genuinely nice or just sweet talkers & sweet knives.

2 of their managers have been really nice to listen to me.....but the other 2 have been really ...... (no words for them) - hopeless & useless.

The woman manager was so reluctant to penalise this particular security guard. I don't know whether even any action was taken against this rowdy guard.

But this type of a guard is a serious threat to your other staff & customers as well. And other staff would also start behaving the same with other customers - by looking at this guard - that nothing happened to him - in terms of his...

Much needed Haldiram outlet in this vicinity, we need more Haldiram outlets in Nagpur. This will definitely lower the load on the only outlet in sadar that was covering a major portion in this part of Nagpur.

This place is not much bigger to be called a food planet, decent seating space with 6-7 seating tables, and COVID restrictions would lower the number to more.

The quality of food item is good no doubt, but I feel the service counter could've been more prompt and approachable. There is too much food items in front of the counters that visibility with the shopkeeper is limited, so need much efforts to convey your choices to the guys out there. Variety wise it's good, but it can be better. The seating area could be increased, not inside but atleast there is decent space outside unused, that can definitely be used for seating. Parking for two wheelers is decent and for four wheelers it's missing. Although this is not a pretty busy route, so you can get away by parking...

Food in haldiram has always been a treat.. Especially desert.. You must try nutella waffel.. In just ₹140 they give you two waffel, chocolate ganashe, nutella and two ice cream scoops.. Very very satisfying.. The dosa here is absolutely mouth watering and they serve you two types of chutney with dosa ie the garlic red chutney and coconut chutney.. Sambhar is slightly sweet in taste but at the same time it's spicy too.. It's basically a mouthful of flavours.. But you must not try chole bhature or chole khulche here.. Because they don't serve you chole instead they serve you black chana so yes this one thing is very disappointing.. Haldiram's softy is a must must try..nowhere else you will get such a good chocolate dipped desert in just ₹18❤of one ignore choley rest...
